Monday , March 19 , 2001 Where am I? It's so light here, it's sorta like when you go outside after a big snowstorm. Only it's just snow, no people. It should be hurting my eyes, the light is twice as bright as on snowy days, but it doesn't hurt. It doesn't even make it hard to see. I check myself, and to my surprise nothing hurts. You'd think after I just woke up in a strange place, I might hurt a little. That is, if I got hit hard enough to make me unconscious. How did I get here, anyways? I tried to remember. Nothing, nothing, my memory is just as white as the place I am in.. I probably have amnesia. This scares me. Amnesia? If no one is here, and I don't remember anything, how can I get home? And where is home? Do I even have a home? Ok, calm down. Just think clearly, you're probably just in shock. I breathed in and out, and I counted to ten like our Health teacher always says to. It helps a bit. I stood up and looked at myself. Ok, I'm in my underwear. That's just slightly weird, but nothing I can't handle... I turned around, but I couldn't see anything. Just whiteness, it went on forever. And I do mean forever, I couldn't even see a horizon. I looked up and I could a bluish sky. It's so light and it fades as it joins to the ground, so that you can't see where each ends and begins. It looks so smooth, it's like being in a giant egg. Well, that breathing exercise must have worked. I feel so light. I really do, too light. I can't even feel the ground on my feet. Wait, wasn't there a ground before? I looked down and I almost choked. I'm flying!!!
